For basic relaxation massage, for dog shows, etc we do not need the vet form. We have a brick and mortar office location in Clearwater. Our peaceful studio room is the perfect place to drop off your dog for a little pampering. Cats prefer to stay home. Since massage is a hands on method, it will require your pet to lay on a mat for a period of time, but Jill can work on most muscles when they are standing. We will also look at your pet's gait(walk) and will need your assistance. Sometimes it helps if you are there in the beginning , or you can stay the entire session. By the 2nd or 3rd session, your pet will just come in and plop down on the mat as if to say, "lets get this started."
We are happy to have your dog or cat massage session at your veterinarian's office. We can perform massage services for your pet while boarding, or for transitioning, if your veterinarian agrees. If your animal is injured or has surgery, there will be a waiting period before we will be able to start massage treatments. By this time, your pet will probably be back at home. If your vet prefers it, we can arrange onsite treatments at the vet's office when you go back for follow ups. If your insurance covers massage, please ask your veterinarian to help prescribe this service, so that you can get the reimbursement.
If you prefer to have us come to your home to massage your dog or cat, there is an additional travel charge of $10 plus $2 per mile if session at your home is more than 2 miles from one of our studios (due at session. A second animal for either massage or reiki is an additional $45.
If for some reason the animal does not want a massage that day, or cuts it short, we can finish the time with a Reiki treatment, or you can schedule a free 3o min Reiki treatment another day for that pet. We bring a mat, blankets, music for the session. We will need a quiet place in the house, no electronic distractions, phone calls, or loud family interactions. Non smoker, drug free houses only.

Signing up for a series of 5 treatments will save you money. Since most injuries and conditions require more than one treatment, this is the most economical value. You can exchange a gift certificate toward an unused session.
